These sessions are run in a warm and friendly group setting, guided by Lisa Kennedy, an accredited Breathworks teacher and local forest bathing guide.
You will be given an introduction to what mindfulness is, how it is practiced, and guided through some short practices and a meditation.
Following a tea break, we will embark on a complimentary mindful walk and forest bathing experience.
You will come away with some simple practices to help you incorporate mindfulness into your daily life, as well as some suggestions for the next steps to take on your journey with mindfulness.
This taster session will be held OUTDOORS , under the safe canopy of a Scandinavian tipi, a wonderful community space that allows for sitting indoors and outdoors simultaneously. Located alongside an enchanted riverscape in a unique learning environment in a private garden on the Boyne Valley garden trail.
