The Signal Restaurant - Stationhouse Hotel

First opened on Easter Saturday 1984 by Thelma and Chris Slattery, the Signal Restaurant has always been a go to destination for fine dining and special occasions, winning many awards over it's 36 years.

With an emphasis on serving only the freshest of ingredients, sourced locally as much as possible and home-made to perfection, the Slattery family and their team pride themselves on great food and great wine, with warm and friendly service.

A dedicated team of chefs produce mouth watering and award winning contemporary Irish dishes, putting a refreshing taste of the Boyne Valley onto your plate.

With a stunning selection of homemade breads, pastries, desserts, an impressive selection of wines, local craft beers, gins and whiskeys,  diners are not short of options at the award wining Signal Restaurant.

The Station House offers an all-year round drop-off courtesy service for all our diners. Wine, Dine & We'll Drive You Home, within 10km from the hotel (pre-booking is necessary).
