Getting here
Navan is one of the more accessible towns in Ireland with a great bus network from Dublin, Drogheda, Cavan and Mullingar. If you are staying in any nearby towns, these bus services will more than likely service the town also.
The NX offers a service every 20 minutes from Dublin as well as the 109 and 109A. Bus Eireann route 190 will bring you to Navan from Drogheda every hour, so if you are coming from the North of the Country, Drogheda is also a great transfer spot. The 109X will take you from Cavan to Navan and the 190 will bring you from Athlone/ Mullingar into Navan also.
Getting around
Navan is a great town to discover by foot. Enjoy self-guided walking trails around the town, find all the beautiful restaurants and cafés in the centre of town and partake in some shopping in the towns great boutiques.
If you prefer to cycle around this bike friendly town, Nextbike by TIER Navan offers pedal bikes as well as ebikes and e-cargobikes at several locations around the town. Once you download the app, it will show you where your nearest bike is in the town.
