Experience the finest tastes of the Boyne Valley at Preston’s with their exclusive Boyne Valley Tasting Nights. These events showcase the talents of Bellinter’s Head Chef Stephan Moreau, along with the rich variety of local produce from the lush Boyne Valley region, including meats, dairy, vegetables, fruits, fish, and more. Their gifted kitchen team meticulously select and prepare dishes based on seasonal availability and peak quality.
Each course is perfectly paired with fine wines chosen by an expert sommelier.

The evening begins at 7pm with a prosecco arrival reception, setting the tone for a memorable dining experience at Bellinter House. This is followed by a seven-course menu, carefully curated and prepared by our head chef, designed to highlight the flavours and ingredients of the Boyne Valley.
