 "Irish Woodland Lantern Workshop"

Saturday August 24th, 2pm - 5pm. All materials provided

We will make ceramic lanterns, each lantern will be decorated with imprints of native Irish leaves picked in my garden. We will add the name of the trees in Irish using my wooden Gaelic font once used by my father and grandfather in their printing business. 

I will fire and glaze the pieces afterwards.

Meath Made Creates at Swift Cultural Centre for August Craft Month 

Date: Saturday the 17th & Sunday the 18th of August

The Royal Meath Show takes place at the Porchfield in Trim on Sunday 1st September.

With stock competitions, trade stands, cookery demonstrations and music by Johnny Brady there will be something for all the family to enjoy. 

We are delighted to host this years Rose of Tralee Tour Ball at the Knightsbrook Resort on Wednesday 16th August.

Prosecco Reception at 7.00p,m
Followed by a delicious 4 Course Gala Dinner in our Barbican Suite.

Bee Wise Nature Trail has Open Days throughout the year where individuals and families can visit without having to be part of a larger group.
