The Blue Jean Country Queen Festival is back this June Bank Holiday Weekend in Athboy.
The Blue Jean Country Queen Festival organized by Meath Macra na Feirme in collaboration with the local community. Established in 1987, the festival mixes community and family focused events with live entertainment which all takes place alongside the Blue Jean Country Queen competition – a fun and not too serious personality competition, in which over 20 young women from all over Ireland and abroad vie to become the Blue Jean Country Queen.
