Welcome to the Meath Film Festival, a vibrant celebration of cinema, creativity, and culture in the heart of Ireland's Ancient East. 

Founded in 2022 by passionate local filmmakers, our festival for 2025 takes place on the 13th & 14th of September at the Solstice Arts Centre in Navan.

Feature films and short film programmes all with invited filmmakers plus workshops to engage and inspire make up the weekend's events alongside our special '60 Second Film' competition for young film-makers from all over Ireland.

Drogheda's very own artisan food and craft market takes place on the 1st Saturday of every month. 

The market provides a unique shopping experience for all.

Specially chosen creatives, makers and small local business owners' unite to provide you, the visitor, with an eclectic array of stalls from jewellery to Indian street food.

Soak up the atmosphere, enjoy their DJ's cool sounds, view original artwork, photography, handcrafted skincare, candles, access original fashion, book and vinyl stalls.
